To purchase HUD homes you must use a HUD registered real estate agent. Brigham City Realtors must have a special “HUD Key” to let you in and help you perform an electronic bid on the property for sale. When HUD homes are initially listed, they are made available only to people who plan to owner occupy them, and not to real estate investors. Once in a while, certain HUD homes will be available to Teachers and Police Officers for half price. These properties are not very common in Brigham City.
