Mantua is a beautiful city in Box Elder County. The city sits inbetween Logan and Brigham City just about to Sardine Canyon. The population in 2010 was 687. The city has a total area of 5.6 square miles. The city is known for the beautiful Mantua reservoir in which residents fish and go boating. During the winter the reservoir is frozen over and the residents use the reservoir for ice fishing and ice skating. The town is close enough to Brigham City that there is grocery stores near, and other helpful stores, however, it’s got the perfect small town feel where you know everyone and their dog.
